Rooms are confirmed on a first application received & approved basis. Room deposit is due within 7 days verifying the available room of choice for each tenant. Apply HERE.

Stove, Refrigerator, Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Plates, Cups, Glasses, and silverware are all included.

All you pay is the Deposit and Rent. All utilities, internet and yard service are included.

Each resident has a separate, personal electronic code for the outside entrance and their personal room. Bedroom doors automatically lock when you close them so you never worry about privacy or valuables.
